2022年7月，《旅游休闲》小记者熊一涵采访了江苏省吴江市平望镇庙头村党总支书记沈建强，沈书记介绍了庙头村在践行中央的乡村振兴战略中的实践经验及收获，回答了小记者提出的相关问题。
In July 2022, Xiong Yihan, a young reporter for Travel & Leisure, interviewed Shen Jianqiang, Secretary of the Party General Branch of Miaotou Village in Pingwang Town, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, who introduced the practical experience and gains of Miaotou Village in implementing the Central Government's rural revitalisation strategy and answered questions raised by the young reporter.
庙头村总面积5.47平方公里，加上水面面积一共66.3平方公里，目前有18个自然村，总的人口是有3230个人，31个村民小组。过去庙头村的发展单纯靠农业，产业相对单一，定位及发展方向也不够清晰，经济发展水平在附近村镇中排名中下游。
Miaotou Village has a total area of 5.47 square kilometres, plus a water surface area of 66.3 square kilometres, with 18 natural villages, a total population of 3,230 people and 31 village groups. In the past, the development of Miaotou Village relied solely on agriculture, with a relatively single industry and a lack of clear positioning and development direction.
盘活资源 多业并举
Revitalising resources and promoting multiple industries
从2017年开始，响应党中央的乡村振兴战略，庙头村开始对自己的定位、发展方向等进行统一规划，充分利用自身资源、引入专业团队及社会力量，扎实推进，取得了明显的成效，使得庙头村呈现生机勃勃、后劲十足的发展景象。
Since 2017, in response to the rural revitalisation strategy of the Central Party, Miaotou Village has started to carry out unified planning for its positioning and development direction, making full use of its own resources and introducing professional teams and social forces to make solid progress and achieve obvious results, making Miaotou Village present a vibrant and vigorous development scene.
2017年庙头村请来浙江大学的一个旅游研究院对庙头村的发展进行重新规划定位，充分整合现有资源，突出优势，形成了果、渔、绿、桑、稻多业并举，蓬勃发展的势头。
In 2017, Miaotou Village invited a tourism research institute from Zhejiang University to re-plan and reposition the development of Miaotou Village, fully integrating the existing resources and highlighting the advantages, forming a fruit, fishery, green, mulberry, rice multi-industry and flourishing momentum.
果园发展方面庙头村规划了果之源的板块，其中一个评为江苏省的省级农场，也获得了村里的重点扶持，其发展目标是要达到四季有果，相关的先进现代大棚和喷淋系统等也在建设当中。另外一个樱桃采摘园也在扩大规模，市场的反馈也非常好。
In terms of orchard development, Miaotou Village has planned a section of Fruit of the Source, one of which is rated as a provincial farm in Jiangsu Province and has also received key support from the village. Its development goal is to achieve four seasons of fruit, and related advanced modern greenhouses and spraying systems are also under construction. Another cherry picking garden is also being expanded and the feedback from the market has been very good.
渔业板块的规划叫渔之源，包括后港等区域，在发展渔业资源的同时也打造乡村旅游。渔之源板块与养之源板块紧密集合，发展庙头村的乡村康养，而且不是单纯针对老年人的康养，是一种健康休闲的广义的康养。
The fishery sector is planned to be called the Source of Fishing, which includes areas such as Hougang, and will develop fishery resources as well as rural tourism. The fishery sector is closely integrated with the health sector to develop rural recreation in Miaotou Village, and not just for the elderly, but in a broad sense of health and leisure.
庙头村有一块集体经营的稻田，称为绿之源，庙头村还推出了一个品牌大米叫长漾里，与之配套的有农机中心、烘干中心等，可以完成大米加工，同时还有一个农耕文化的展示。种稻的时候体验插秧，丰收的时候体验收割，已经成为团建和亲子的客人非常喜欢的项目。
Miaotou Village has a collectively operated rice field called Green Source, and Miaotou Village has also launched a brand of rice called Changyangli, which is complemented by an agricultural machinery centre and drying centre to complete rice processing, as well as a display of farming culture. Experiencing rice planting when it is planted and harvesting when it is bountiful has become a very popular project for group building and parent-child guests.
庙头村还有一个板块是桑之源，主要是与上市公司华嘉集团合作，打造了一个科普教育基地，规划面积是600多亩，一期是350亩，正在也建设之中。
Miaotou Village also has a section called Mulberry Source, which is mainly in cooperation with the listed company Huajia Group to create a science education base, with a planning area of more than 600 mu, the first phase is 350 mu and is under construction.
沈书记也总结庙头村发展的几点成功经验：一是统一规划，整个庙头村的改造是先有专业团队的统一的规划设计之后再启动，保证整个改造有清晰的线路，避免走弯路和重复建设；二是引入专业的团队和社会力量，可以更高效、更快速、更专业地推进各个板块的实施计划；三是充分运用文旅融合的思路，打造多业态相互支撑的乡村文旅产业链，使得乡村振兴工程走入良性循环的发展之路。比如之前村里的美丽乡村计划，由于仅仅局限在基础设施的改造，没有形成多业态的共同发展，成果单一有限，而合作伙伴村上公司进入后，引入乡村文旅发展的统一规划，发展多业态，形成业态之间的相互支撑、相互发展，为庙头村带来了源源不断的发展动力。
Secretary Shen also summarised several successful experiences in the development of Miaotou Village: firstly, unified planning, the transformation of the entire Miaotou Village was firstly started after a unified planning and design by a professional team to ensure that the whole transformation has a clear line, avoiding detours and repeated construction; secondly, the introduction of professional teams and social forces, which can more efficiently, faster and more professionally promote the implementation plan of each block; thirdly, the full use of the integration of cultural tourism Thirdly, the integration of culture and tourism can be fully utilized to create a rural culture and tourism industry chain with mutual support of multiple industries, so that the rural revitalization project can enter a virtuous cycle of development. For example, the village's beautiful countryside project was limited to the transformation of infrastructure and did not form the common development of multiple industries, so the results were single and limited. However, after the entry of the partner company, the village company introduced the unified planning of rural cultural tourism development and developed multiple industries, forming mutual support and development between industries, which brought a continuous development momentum to Miaotou Village.
留住乡愁 走向未来
Retaining nostalgia and moving into the future
乡村改造需要面对的一个问题如何处理好保护与发展的问题，不是说发展就一定是大拆大建，也不是说保护就是一成不变。庙头村在这个方面为我们展示了一个生动的案例。
One of the problems that needs to be faced in the transformation of the village is how to deal with the issue of conservation and development, not that development is necessarily a major demolition and construction, nor that conservation means remaining unchanged. Miaotou Village shows us a vivid case in this regard.
庙头村的改造有一套完整的乡村文旅融合的思路，打造了一个完整的乡村文旅项目的产业链，这也是庙头村获得成功的很重要的一个原因。
The transformation of Miaotou Village has a complete set of ideas for the integration of rural culture and tourism, creating a complete industrial chain of rural culture and tourism projects, which is a very important reason for the success of Miaotou Village.
沈书记介绍说，合作伙伴村上进入后，提出了一个整村改造和自然村改造的理念，沈书记非常认可这个理念，这个理念的关键是改造要有一个整体的思路，在改造的同时要保持原有的乡土气息，而不是建造一个全新的、没有历史传承、没有人文气息的展示品。
Secretary Shen said that after the partner village entered, a whole village renovation and natural village renovation concept was put forward. Secretary Shen very much approved of this concept, and the key to this concept is that the renovation should have an overall idea, and the original vernacular should be maintained while renovating, instead of building a brand new showpiece with no historical heritage and no humanistic atmosphere.
在这个理念的指导下，庙头村的改造保留里部分村民的房屋，同时也有一部分村民仍然居住生活在原来的房屋与环境中，保持住原有的乡村气息，游客可以和村民互动，感受村民的生活方式和生活乐趣，这一部分如果缺失，整个村子对于游客的吸引力会大大减弱。另外，在房屋改造和新建房屋上，庙头村也有统一的风貌管理，保证这些房屋的外观和风格上与整个村子大体保持一致，让庙土村原有的乡村气息得到很好的保护。
Guided by this concept, the renovation of Miaotou Village has preserved some of the villagers' houses, while at the same time some of them still live in their original houses and environment, maintaining the original countryside atmosphere, so that visitors can interact with the villagers and feel the villagers' way of life and joy of living. In addition, in terms of house renovation and new houses, Miaotou Village also has a unified style management to ensure that the appearance and style of these houses are generally consistent with the whole village, so that the original village atmosphere of Miaotou Village can be well protected.
庙头村的乡村振兴工程获得了很好的成果，不仅使庙头村重新焕发了活力，经济获得了发展，村民的生活也获得了明显的改善，乡村振兴工程与村民之间形成了很好的良性互动。
The village revitalisation project in Miaotou Village has achieved very good results. Not only has Miaotou Village been revitalised and its economy has been developed, the livelihood of the villagers has also been significantly improved, and a very good positive interaction has been formed between the village revitalisation project and the villagers.
庙头村的乡村振兴工程，一方面使得庙头村的产业结构更加完善，原来一些污染大、效益差的产业被淘汰或改造，代之以环境友好、可持续、效益好的业态；另一方面也为庙头村的村民带来更多的就业选择和良好的经济效益。庙头村的民宿就是一个很好的例子，村民可以原地就业同时获得不错的收入，这也吸引了很多原来外出务工的和就业的村民回流，进一步为庙头村的民宿发展提供人力资源。随着庙头村的业态越来越丰富、项目越来越多，吸引回流的村民越来越多，带来的客人也越来越多，又进一步推动了庙头村的民宿进一步发展，让大家越来越清晰地看到文旅融合多业态发展带来的巨大好处，就更加配合村里的乡村振兴项目推进，甚至争着抢着要加入，形成了一个非常好的良性循环。
On the one hand, the village revitalisation project has improved the industrial structure of Miaotou Village. Some industries that were polluting and inefficient have been eliminated or renovated and replaced by environmentally friendly, sustainable and efficient businesses; on the other hand, it has brought more employment options and good economic benefits to the villagers of Miaotou Village. A good example of this is the B&B in Miaotou Village, where villagers can be employed in situ and earn a good income at the same time. This has also attracted many villagers who were previously working and employed outside the village to return, further providing human resources for the development of the B&B in Miaotou Village. With the increasing variety of businesses and projects in Miaotou Village, more and more villagers are attracted to return and more and more guests are brought in, which further promotes the further development of B&B in Miaotou Village. virtuous circle.
经过最近几年的发展，庙头村已经成为吴江定位的特色田园乡村的一个重要节点，同时被评为江苏省乡村旅游的重点村。展望庙头村的未来发展，沈书记充满了信心，在进一步深化、扩大庙头村各个项目的同时，还要向周边进行辐射，带动其他18个自然村的发展，让大家的环境更优美、经济更富裕、生活更幸福。
After the recent development in the past few years, Miaotou Village has become an important node in the characteristic rural village positioned by Wujiang, and has also been named as a key village of rural tourism in Jiangsu Province. Looking forward to the future development of Miaotou Village, Secretary Shen is confident that while further deepening and expanding the various projects in Miaotou Village, he will also radiate to the surrounding area and drive the development of the other 18 natural villages, so that everyone will have a more beautiful environment, a richer economy and a happier life.
