餐厅主厨黄师傅精挑细选膏脂丰腴、鲜味无穷的阳澄湖大闸蟹,采用清蒸或与花雕酒等同烹,并推出生拆蟹粉小笼包、大闸蟹粉石榴果等特色菜品,保留食材原汁原味的鲜美,演绎节令美食飨宴。

广州柏悦酒店屡获殊荣的悦景轩中餐厅近日推出金秋品蟹菜单。餐厅主厨黄师傅精挑细选膏脂丰腴、鲜味无穷的阳澄湖大闸蟹,采用清蒸或与花雕酒等同烹,并推出生拆蟹粉小笼包、大闸蟹粉石榴果等特色菜品,保留食材原汁原味的鲜美,演绎节令美食飨宴。同时,餐厅推出三款品蟹搭配的黄酒与季节特饮,以风味和格调兼具的美馔佳酿礼遇饕客。

Yue Jing Xuan, Chinese Restaurant at Park Hyatt Guangzhou offers you hairy crab dishes to delight your autumn. Chef Huang selects the finest hairy crabs from the freshwater Yangcheng Lake and cooks them in many ways, such as by steaming and coating with flour or preserving in wine, but the most popular way among foodies is steaming, and crab feasts are often accompanied by traditional Shaoxing-style yellow rice wine from Eastern China. Steamed hairy crab meat with yellow wine and egg white, and hairy crab “Xiao long bao” are recommended dishes not to be missed.
