西安万丽酒店于2022年8月15日正式任命彭家浩（Benny Peng）先生担任酒店中餐厅行政总厨一职。Benny Peng曾先后就职于香港稻香集团、米其林一星餐厅、希尔顿集团等知名酒店品牌。他匠心专注粤菜近12年，作为90后年轻厨师的代表，他将热情与执着二字深刻地注入所爱的餐饮领域。认真钻研经典的粤菜，传承古法技艺，同时将自己独特的见解和大胆的创意融汇进一道道作品中。

Effective from 15th. Aug.2022，Benny Peng was appointed as Chinese Executive Chef of Renaissance Xi’an Hotel. Benny Peng has worked in Daoxiang Group, Michelin 1 star restaurant, Hilton Group and several famous hotels. As a representative of young chefs born in the 1990s, he has devoted himself to Cantonese cuisine with ingenuity for nearly 12 years and he deeply devote passion and commitment into food and beverage field he loves. He has studied classic Cantonese cuisine seriously, inherited ancient techniques, and integrate his unique insights and bold creativities into his dishes at the same time.

即日起，他将全面负责管理万丽轩中餐厅的餐饮出品，相信未来他将带领团队，为每一位食客带来的舌尖上的惊喜之作。

From now on, he will be fully responsible for the management and F&B products of the Wan Li Restaurant, we believe that he will lead the team and bring guests surprises on the tip of the tongue for every diners in the future.
