天津丽思卡尔顿酒店于2017年10月14日至15日成功举办了“食在街边”美食市集。此次活动吸引了600多位宾客和25家媒体光临，活动现场为来宾们勾勒出热气腾腾，充满烟火气息的津门街边美食地图。
The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin unveiled its first-ever annual “A Taste of Street Food” event with 20 famous Tianjin street food stalls on 14 and 15 October. More than 600 guests and 25 media attended this two-day event and were able to taste the city’s freshly prepared authentic street food and most importantly to experience Tianjin local delicacies’ culture.

在此次为期两天的活动中，天津丽思卡尔顿酒店将中庭花园打造为街边美食市集，并汇聚了在天津当地备受欢迎的20家美食小吃摊。除了闻名全国的天津传统小吃“煎饼果子”、熟梨糕，以及非物质文化遗产“蛤蟆吐蜜”，更有在天津备受推崇的各式新派小吃亮相，包括花甲炒粉、肠粉、炒酸奶、绿豆焖子等，为爱好美食的津城市民汇聚了记忆里的美味，为游客带来不出酒店就能对话津门美食匠人、一次体验20种地道小吃的美味旅程。
The event of “A Taste of Street Food” was hosted in the courtyard of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, where Tianjin’s 20 street food stalls came together. The event featured not only traditional Tianjin snacks, which have been famous nationwide, such as Tianjin Pancake, Ripe pear cake, but also dozens of contemporary street snacks popular in Tianjin. These snacks included seafood noodle, steamed rice rolls, green bean jelly, and fried yogurt to name just a few. The event was perfect for reawakening delicious memories for Tianjin foodies and an opportunity for travelers to conveniently sample a wide selection of local popular snacks.
在“食在街边”美食市集中，现场来宾均参与美食投票，评选出2017 最受欢迎津味街边美食 了“最受欢迎津味街边美食”、“津味传承奖”和“津味创意奖”三项大奖，既弘扬了天津街边美食文化，又为游客带来了喧腾丰富的天津旅游文化体验。天津丽思卡尔顿酒店总经理孟修禾先生也为参加此次活动的所有美食摊主颁发了“最佳推荐津味街边美食”证书。
During the two-day street food festival, visitors were invited to participate in a vote for their favorite street food. Hugo Montanari, General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin presented the top three honors of “The Most Popular Tianjin Street Food 2017”, “Traditional Tianjin Street Food Heritage”, and “The Most Innovative Street Food” according to the voting results. And all the 20 stalls received the certificate of “Best Recommended Street Food”. The event was an exciting effort to promote the hustle-and-bustle street food culture and cultural experiences of Tianjin amongst travelers.
