With more than 10 years of cooking experience, Chef Sotiropoulos who hails from Le Monde Greece, will lend his culinary expertise in creating authentic mouth-watering dishes for a full-on buffet spread. Based around a variety of colorful and flavorful foods that are high in nutrients and low in animal fats, Greek cookery is considered a cuisine that encapsulate the knowledge of centuries and reflects its deep cultural history.

Diners can expect popular dishes such as Kagianas (Local Greek Traditional Omelette), Bouyiourdi (Baked Feta with Tomatoes), Keftedakia (Greek Meatballs), Tzatziki (Yoghurt with Garlic) and Papoutsakia (Stuffed Eggplant with Minced Meat in Spicy Red Sauce and Béchamel Sauce). Rounding up the culinary journey on a sweet note, the dessert counter offers more than 15 types of desserts such as Gastrin (Ancient Version of Baklava), Bougatsa (Greek Custard Pie with Phyllo), Loukoumades (Greek Donuts) and Kourabiedes (Greek Butter Cookies).
