In March 2023, The St. Regis Qingdao appointed Mr. Henry Li as Executive Chef, who will be responsible for the overall daily management and production operation of Food and Beverages on the property.
李海欧先生先后在洲际与丽思卡尔顿品牌担任要相关职位，拥有超过17年的国际豪华酒店从业经历与丰富的烹饪经验，并先后参与天津丽思卡尔顿酒店，苏梅岛丽思卡尔顿酒店以及万豪集团青岛地区首家奢华酒店——青岛瑞吉酒店的筹备开业，拥有着丰富餐饮运营及管理经验。
Fulfilling relevant roles in Intercontinental Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton before, Mr. Henry Li has more than 17 years of working experience with international luxury hotels and a good command of cooking know-how. He played a part in the pre-openings of Ritz-Carlton Tianjin, Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui, and The St. Regis Qingdao, Marriott’s first luxury property in Qingdao, attributed to his rich experiences with F&B operation and management.
