近日，北京香格里拉饭店任命马天恩先生为饭店新一任总经理。
Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Martin L. Leclerc as its new General Manager.
马天恩先生拥有25余年城市及度假酒店管理经验。他将全面负责管理广受欢迎的奢华酒店之一北京香格里拉饭店。饭店拥有670间客房，7个餐厅及酒吧，1个水疗及健身房及20余个体量各异会议厅等设备设施。
As a dynamic international hotelier with over 25 years of experience in management and strategic leadership for hotels and destination resorts, Mr. Leclerc will oversee the Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing, one of Beijing’s most well-known luxury hotels boasting 670 rooms, 7 restaurants and bars, a magnificent Spa and Health Club as well as more than 20 multi-function meeting rooms.
拥有加拿大及欧洲双国籍的马天恩先生，在筹开、管理及运营来自各国不同酒店品牌方面经验丰富，并展现了非凡的领导才能及管理理念。马天恩先生的职业生涯开启于1991年，加拿大太平洋酒店旗下贾斯珀公园酒店，在此，他主要负责管理餐饮部门的运营。1997年，他被任命为温哥华机场太平洋门户酒店运营总监。2001年，马天恩先生先后被任命为维多利亚三角洲观海点水疗度假酒店及博塞茹尔三角洲万豪酒店总经理。在2006年至2014年期间，他先后在多个费尔蒙莱佛士酒店集团旗下酒店担任总经理职位，其中包括蒙特利尔费尔蒙伊丽莎白皇后酒店，维多利亚费尔蒙帝后饭店，南京金奥费尔蒙酒店等。即南京后，马天恩先生加入天津瑞吉金融街酒店担任总经理一职直至2016年12月。此后，他又回到加拿大，出任海柏温哥华威斯汀酒店总经理。
Holding Canadian and European citizenship, Mr. Leclerc has extensive experience across multiple brands and countries. He started his career at Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta, Canada in 1991, where he worked in progressive food and beverage positions. In 1997, he joined Delta Hotels as the Director of Operations at Delta Vancouver Airport. In 2001, Mr. Leclerc was appointed General Manager for Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort & Spa, British Columbia, as well as Delta Beausejour in Moncton, New Brunswick. From 2006 to 2014, Mr. Leclerc held various General Manager roles within the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts brand including The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, The Fairmont Empress in Victoria, and The Fairmont Nanjing Hotel & Residence in China. After his tenure in Nanjing, Mr. Leclerc joined the St. Regis Tianjin until December 2016, then returned to Canada to work at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, for two years, Mr. Leclerc came to Beijing to join Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
马天恩先生不仅拥有资深的酒店管理经验以及丰富的阅历，他还拥有渊博的学识，曾先后获得魁北克大学蒙特利尔分校酒店管理学位，工商管理硕士学位以及法国巴黎多芬纳大学的国际企业管理硕士学位。马天恩先生坚信学无止境，也是秉持着这一理念，他又一次来到中国，迎接新的挑战及机遇。
Mr. Leclerc holds a Degree in Hotel Management and an MBA from Universite du Quebec a Montreal as well as a Master’s Degree in International Management from the Universite Paris-Dauphine, France, and his belief that there is always a new lesson to be learned from a new experience has driven him to China to continue his career.
