Featuring a majestic marble entrance and an oversized living room, the Presidential Suite has spectacular views of the entire city, including Eduardo VII Park, the Tagus River and St. George’s Castle. It has a private dining room that seats eight and a separate kitchen for private affairs or intimate dinners. An elegant social bathroom and powder room complement the entrance for visitors. The living room is furnished with an ample seating area, including two three-seat sofas, and the executive working desk is already equipped with its own fax machine.
A corridor leads to the magnificent marble bathroom, featuring a large bathtub with whirlpool. The oversized bedroom has its own private terrace with commanding views of the 25th of April Bridge, the statue of Christ and the Basílica da Estrela. ROYAL SUITE
Located on the ninth floor of the Hotel, this one-of-a-kind signature suite offers breathtaking views of the city, including the Eduardo VII Park, the Tagus River and St. Georges Castle, from panoramic windows and furnished balconies.
The living room has a large seating area in soft taupe and mauve tones. A few pieces of uniquely restored furniture from the Foundation Ricardo do Espírito Santo Silva complete the décor.
Perfect for entertaining, the Royal Suite has a private dining room, which seats 8 to 10 people on a beautiful, dark-wood table, lit by an antique chandelier. A fully equipped separate kitchenette aides the logistics for private affairs or intimate dinners. The visitors area is complemented by a separate bathroom.
The oversized bedroom has its own private terrace and a magnificent, black-marble bathroom, complete with double sink. The large mirrors on the walls magically turn into TV screens with the click of a button.
The distinguishing feature of this suite is that it can easily go from a two-bedroom to a four-bedroom suite.
RESIDENCY SUITE
Located on the fourth floor of the Hotel, this signature suite is a true homage to 1950s glamour, evoking the feeling of the Hotel in its early days. The suites four private balconies offer breathtaking views of the city and Eduardo VII Park.
FOUNDATION ONE-BEDROOM SUITE
Elegantly decorated by the Foundation Ricardo do Espírito Santo Silva with unique replicas of Queen Mary II and King José I furniture, the Foundation One-Bedroom Suites capture the ambience of the late 18th century with magnificent frescos made in the Pillement style. The large living room is separated from the bedroom (a second bedroom may also be adjoined) by a nice foyer entrance. These suites have private terraces off the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom is appointed with a king bed.
IMPERIAL ONE-BEDROOM SUITE
Largely acclaimed by our clients, these suites benefit from views of the Eduardo VII Park and, on the higher floors, the Tagus River. They are decorated in an imperial style. With three large terraces, the living room is particularly bright and furnished with a very comfortable seating area with sofa, a large executive working desk and a dining table that seats four. The private entrance of the suite also leads to the foyer entrance of the bedroom. With a spacious private terrace with outdoor seating, the bedroom is furnished with a King bed, an executive working desk and a small dressing table. The bathroom is superbly appointed with black marble.
GRAND ONE-BEDROOM SUITE
Located on the 7th and 10th floors, the large and elegant Grand One-Bedroom Suites overlook Eduardo VII Park and Marquês de Pombal Square. They feature replicas of Queen Mary II and King José I furnishings, supplied by the Foundation Ricardo do Espírito Santo Silva.
CENTRAL ONE-BEDROOM SUITE
Central One-Bedroom Suites feature a large living room separated from the bedroom by a foyer. They offer private terraces off the bedroom and the living room, and overlook Eduardo VII Park.
FOUR SEASONS JUNIOR SUITE
The Four Seasons Junior Suites private entrance leads to a large, furnished alcove off the bedroom, offering a comfortable seating area. Decorated in an imperial style with dominance of green and beige colours, their 73-square-metre (791-square-foot) size makes them the ideal choice for long stays. These suites have a separate dressing area and are furnished with a large, executive working desk. All of them have their own 9-square-metre (99-square-foot) private terrace. The bathrooms are very generous in size and are appointed with beautiful black marble.
PREMIER ROOM
Decorated in Bidermeyer or Pierre-Yves Rochon style, the Premier Rooms are located on the top three floors of the Hotel with some of the best views in Lisbon overlooking Old Town, Eduardo VII Park and the Hotel gardens. The rooms have an ample private terrace and outdoor seating, and are furnished with a large working desk, a comfortable seating area with sofa, and superbly appointed marble bathrooms with a separate shower.
DELUXE ROOM
Decorated in imperial blue or country browns, the Deluxe Rooms have private terraces and outdoor seating, and overlook the Old Town, Eduardo VII Park or the Hotel gardens. They are furnished with a large working desk and include a comfortable seating area with sofa and superbly appointed marble bathrooms with a separate shower.
SUPERIOR ROOM
The Superior Rooms are located on the higher floors of the Hotel for magnificent views of the city, as well as on the lower floors for convenience. Most rooms feature a 9-square-metre (96-square-foot) private terrace. The bathroom is in lavish marble and includes a separate shower.
