Allamanda introduces a feeling of effortless sophistication and enjoyment as it undergoes a redesign from its new proprietors. Greeted by a lush, tropically landscaped entry, the eye is immediately directed to the vibrant turquoise waters that lie beyond the tranquil, west-facing, private beach. The contemporary layout and design opens to the sights and sounds of the Caribbean Sea, and the lavish gardens that surround the property. The dramatic 900 sq. ft. Great Room spans 40 feet in length, and is flooded with natural light. Boasting two comfortable seating areas, and generous dining for ten, this fundamental area opens up to a verandah that wraps the austere lines of the pool and deck, combining indoor and outdoor living. The natural finishes and modern influences add sophisticated simplicity to the sprawling central living space, while the color palette conveys harmony as it moves from solid, natural wood tones and creams, to delicate upholstery with bright accents and bursts of color. The attention to detail is evident in the four luxurious bedroom suites - three of which face the sea. Three bedrooms are king-bedded master suites, while the other offers two queen beds. The spacious bathrooms provide guests with double vanities, indoor and outdoor showers - a signature of the Jumby Bay lifestyle - and luxurious soaking tubs. Blue Pelican

Situated on the southwest side of the island, Blue Pelican enjoys unparalleled views of the sunset and sparkling ocean looking out across Loblolly Bay to mainland Antigua. The beautiful beach home is surrounded by lush, well-established landscaping for exceptional privacy, as well as three additional acres of undeveloped land to the south. The home’s six bedrooms include two spacious master suites, and a suite in a separate building that connects to an adjoining bedroom. La Casa is the perfect home away from home for visitors. An exquisite property set on three acres of lush tropical landscape, this private estate overlooks the beautiful white coral sands of Pasture Bay. The Italian-style villa features a master suite with private balcony, two additional bedrooms, a salon, library and two dining areas. Additionally, there are three separate guest cottages on the grounds, a croquet lawn, pool with Jacuzzi, bar, flood-lit tennis court and gym, making the property ideal for larger groups and families.

Ty Molineux

A fabulous colonial style villa set in eight private acres of lush, well-stocked tropical gardens, Ty Molineux offers four suites in the main house and two private cottages in the grounds, each including two suites. Almost entirely reinvented during a recent renovation, Jabberwocky’s interiors are Classic Caribbean. Tongue-and-groove wood ceilings are painted white and feature state-of-the-art recessed lighting. As a result of the open floor plan, the view on arrival into the villa is filled with the turquoise sea beyond. Spaces flow effortlessly from one to the next, from the dining area to living room to the outdoors. On the ground level, a king-bedded guest room offers a private terrace with steps leading down to the pool and a bathroom outfitted with a dressing area, walk-in closet, over-sized double vanity, walk-in shower and niche vanity in stone and teak. Also on the first floor, a twin-bedded room offers a lovely private garden terrace and bathroom with shower. Recently reconfigured and redesigned, Carisbrooke has been entirely re-imagined. The villa is styled in a contemporary Caribbean fashion with a white, creme and pastel color palette to enhance the homes grand spaces. Tiled marble flooring, driftwood-hued finishes and white Italian slipcover sofas combine for an overall fresh and elegant impression.
