酒店概况
Outside, a big, white, minimalist, modern cube. Inside, wood, bamboo and light, installations and art works. Chef and food director Ms. Kyoung-Won Park’s exquisite cuisine adds the finishing touch to this delightfully refined décor. Each dish draws its inspiration from nature, from a poem or a painting, and is, in itself, a work of art. Flowers, herbs and vegetables create a poetic garden on the plate, placed there as by a breath of air. This harmony of colours pays homage to the paintings of Matisse, and a dessert might, for example, evoke antique blue and white ceramic tiles: an utterly unique experience where art meets fine Korean dining.
