Residences

Located on the top floors of the hotel, the Residence Suites offer a unique location in the heart of the city with first class hotel services. They are fully decorated in contemporary soft, warm tones with elegance and style and infused with natural daylight. Our guests are free to be as independent as they choose. While each residence comes equipped with a small kitchen, our residents still benefit from the hotel services including: 24-hours concierge service, laundry/dry cleaning, 24-hours room service or catering service. Guests also have unlimited free access to our recreational facilities, including indoor swimming pool with outside sundeck and free access to the Fitness Center.

Geneva Suite

A record holder at 1,080 sq m (11,625 sq ft), the Geneva Suite is the largest continuous suite in Europe. It is an absolutely luxurious duplex beyond expectations. Located on the top floors, it offers an unparalleled experience with three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom. This Exclusive Suite features two very large living rooms with dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a working office and a separate boudoir. The Geneva Suite holds a fully equipped security room with video CCTV, bullet proof bay windows and an inside private lift. For your entertainment, you will find a pool table room, a fitness room and a luxurious private hammam, among other leisure facilities.

Bella Vista Suite

This one-of-a-kind suite situated on Floor 7 has astonishing panoramic views of Lake Geneva, the famous Jet d Eau fountain, the Mont Blanc and the French Alps mountain range. The unique Bella Vista Suite, with 350 sq m (3,767 sq ft) of space, comes equipped with a private lift, a dining room that seats up to 20 guests and a kitchen. Comfortable sofas and a home entertainment centre complete the large living space with bay view windows. The Jacuzzi in the master bath provides luxurious relaxation and a magnificent lake view.

Cologny Suite

The Cologny Suite at Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva offers the most incredible panoramic view of Lake Geneva, the famous Jet d’Eau fountain, the Mont-Blanc, the French Alps mountain range and Geneva’s old town. It is the third largest available suite, with 150 sq m (1,615 sq ft) of pure luxury and comfort. This exclusive suite holds two bedrooms, a spacious lounge area, a dining room, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and an inside private lift.

Bel Horizon Suite

Situated on the top floor and surrounded by spacious balconies, this impressive suite offers a majestic view of Lake Geneva, the renowned Jet d Eau fountain, the Mont-Blanc, the French Alps and the old town, thanks to its bay windows. With a private elevator and a large foyer, the Bel Horizon Suite comes equipped with a living room, a dining room, a separate guest toilet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suites offer an exceptional and exclusive stay with state-of-the-art equipment. The floor-to-ceiling windows expose a magnificent and unique panoramic view of Lake Geneva, the renowned Jet d’Eau fountain, the Mont-Blanc, the French Alps mountain range and a partial view of Geneva’s old town. With 120 sq m (1,292 sq ft) the Presidential Suites are ideal for both business and leisure. The bedroom with a sitting area and the living room with a dining room and a guest toilet are completely independent. Some of our Presidential Suites have a private lift with a direct and discreet exit to the ground floor and the parking lot. Interconnection with two Superior Rooms is possible.

Deluxe Junior Suite Lake View

The Deluxe Junior Suites with Lake View feature beautiful bay windows offering an impressive view of the lake, its famous Jet d’Eau fountain, the Mont-Blanc, the French Alps mountain range and a partial view of the old town. With its 70 sq m (753 sq ft) area, these suites offer a separate bedroom apart from the living room. Some of them even have two separate bathrooms. Interconnection with a Deluxe Lake View Room is possible.

Junior Suite Patio

Charming and refined, Junior Suites have one bedroom, a separate living room and a beautiful spacious marble bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. With 65 sq m (700 sq ft) of space, these suites offer elegance and modernity with a quiet space overlooking Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva’s patio. Interconnection with a Classic Room is possible.

Deluxe Lake View Room

These refined rooms with bay view windows offer splendid panoramic views of Lake Geneva, the famous Jet d’Eau fountain, the Mont-Blanc, the French Alps and a partial view of Geneva’s old town.

Deluxe Room

The Deluxe Room is a quiet, cosy and stylish room overlooking the Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva patio, offering absolute calm and comfort. With an area of 45 sq m (484 sq ft), the Deluxe Room features in-room sitting areas, some of which have convertible sofas. Interconnection with a Classic Room is possible.

Superior Room
