The Presidential Villa, of 1785 sq ft, is a large 2 bedroom suite with a living room. It has a private pool and private garden. Each bedroom with attached bathroom. Each room has a DVD player.

The Luxury Suite, of 1250 sq ft, is a one- bedroom suite with a living room in the main building with a sea view. The suite has 2 bathrooms; a bathroom in the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. There is a DVD player in the room. The room can be inter -connected to a Deluxe Sea View Room.

The Sunset Plunge Pool Villa is 612 sq ft room in a 2 room unit. The rooms are sold individually and not interconnected. It overlooks the golf course and the sea, and has a plunge pool.

The Premium Plunge Pool Villa is 612 sq feet with its own plunge pool , sit out with a Garden view and affords maximum privacy. The room has a tea/coffee maker, a mini bar, safe, direct dial telephones, colour television with satellite programs, hair dryer.
