The Warehouse Hotel was built in 1895 along the Singapore River as part of the Straits of Malacca trade route. At that time, the area was a hotbed of secret societies, underground activity, and liquor distilleries. Today, while much of that history has disappeared, The Warehouse Hotel has been meticulously restored as a modern 37-room boutique hotel, focusing on heritage and local culture. Open as of January 2017, it delivers thoughtful hospitality with historically-detailed rooms, classic local dishes and craft cocktails in the vibrant neighbourhood of Robertson Quay. The Warehouse Hotel is the inaugural hotel of renowned Singaporean hospitality firm The Lo & Behold Group and is part of the prestigious Design Hotels™ portfolio.

WAREHOUSE SANCTUARY

The Warehouse Sanctuaries are quiet rooms located on the ground floor of the hotel, fitted with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Each sanctuary has been designed windowless along with warm, ambient light to create an oasis of calm from the bustle of the city.

WAREHOUSE LOFT

The Warehouse Lofts, located on the top floor of the building, have soaring, double-high ceilings with original building beams and historic conservation detailing. They look out on the neighbourhood and surroundings, with some offering skylights only. Each is fitted with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

RIVER VIEW ROOM

The River View Rooms look directly out over the Singapore River, evoking its past as a hub of shipping activity and the spice trade. They have ample space and light, are located on the ground floor of the hotel, and are fitted with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

RIVER VIEW LOFT

The River View Lofts are a true reflection of the building’s past, offering soaring, peaked ceilings with original industrial beams, historic detailing and windows, and views looking out over The Singapore River. They have ample natural light, are located on the top floor of the building, and are fitted with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

RIVER VIEW MEZZANINE

The River View Mezzanine is a unique room that features two levels, a reading library, and a view over the Singapore River. One of our largest rooms in the building, it has a set of stairs to go up the second level and ample historic industrial character, including original beams, windows, and a peaked ceiling. It is on the top floor of the building and is fitted with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

RIVER VIEW SUITE

The River View Suite is our largest, open plan room designed in loft style with ample historic conservation detailing including original beams and a soaring peaked ceiling. It is located on the top floor of the building and looks out over the Singapore River. The suite is fitted with a super king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with standalone bathtub, and spacious living area.
