近日,长沙北辰洲际酒店任命李健华(Kennedy)先生为中餐行政总厨。李健华来自广东,曾先后就职于广州凯旋华美达酒店、广州嘉逸皇冠酒店、深圳利苑酒家、成都富力丽思卡尔顿、三亚太阳湾柏悦酒店、三亚海棠湾君悦酒店,加入长沙北辰洲际酒店之前他任职于日赛谷丽思卡尔顿隐世酒店。20余年的资深经验让他对于中餐厨房的全面运营管理、菜单研发、菜式出新有着独到见解。李健华良好的创新能力和线上思维方式更有效提升了宾客满意度。他的加入将继续让客人领略舌尖上的美味之旅。
Recently, Kennedy has been appointed as the Executive Chinese Chef at the InterContinental Changsha. Kennedy comes from Guangdong and worked for Ramada by Wyndham Guangzhou, Grand Crown Hotel Guangzhou, Shenzhen Liyuan Restaurant, Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay and Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay. Before joining the InterContinental Changsha, he worked for The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Rissai Valley. Kennedy has over 20 years of profound experience, which gives him unique insights into the comprehensive operation and management of Chinese kitchens, menu development and dish innovation.
