Throughout June, 2018, Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai is partnering with chemical-free Japanese skincare brand SONOKO and brings a stylish afternoon tea with the new experience of beauty on the taste buds.
为本次联名下午茶亲自设计菜单的上海四季酒店主厨麦沃德，对本次跨界合作十分期待：“我们很高兴能与SONOKO合作，打造这个独家定制系列。SONOKO“一切为了美丽而健康的生活方式”概念，与四季所倡导的理念不谋而合。我们和SONOKO团队进行了为期三个月的沟通，以确保我们能够将双方品牌的特点融合，用美食的方式体现美肤的精髓。”
Specially designed by Edward Mair, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai, he is excited for the cross collaboration. “I was inspired by SONOKO’s concept for a healthy living style which is exactly the same of principle what Four Seasons is working for. It has been three months since we started to work for this menu. Communications are very important so that I can fully understand the unique characters of the two brands and find the right angles for menu design.” said Chef Edward.
元气下午茶将在上海四季酒店大堂吧每日限量供应。以SONOKO的四款明星产品为灵感，用白色、蓝色、棕色、粉丝四款甜点呼应SONOKO美白系列（White Beauty ）、保湿系列（Pure Moist）、抗衰老系列（Great Glycogen）和当家花旦焕采润肤精华霜（Super Moisture Cream）。同时，下午茶的咸点也巧用心思：用鸡蛋、鱼子酱和温泉鹌鹑蛋制作的三明治带来丰富蛋白质；帝王蟹、黄瓜、芒果组合而成的蛋挞口味极富层次；番茄奶酪面包精选红黄青三种番茄，清新的颜色和低脂肪，为夏天打造一份轻体无负担的时尚健康美肤新菜单。
Summer Beauty Afternoon Tea is available at Lobby Lounge from June 1. Four desserts with the color of white, blue, brown and pink are paring with the four signature products of SONOKO for white beauty, pure moist, great glycogen and super moisture. The seasonal ingredients featuring salmons, mango, king crab, tomato and cheese create the light but nourishing savory bites.
