近日,沈阳君悦酒店任命杜军先生为酒店行政总厨,将全面负责酒店厨房整体运营及厨师团队管理工作。
Grand Hyatt Shenyang announced the appointment of Mr. Kan Du as Executive Chef, who is responsible for the kitchens daily operations and culinary team leadership.
来自北京的杜军先生自1990年始开启了他的厨师职业生涯,至今已拥有30年酒店从业经验。他对烹饪艺术有着极大的热情并擅长将创意与不同食材相融合,多层次呈现美食的精髓所在。杜军先生曾先后就职于北京东方君悦酒店,北京柏悦酒店,天津东凯悦酒店等多家国际品牌酒店并留下其精彩足迹。在加入沈阳君悦酒店前,杜军先生曾就职于西安凯悦酒店并担任酒店行政总厨一职。
Born in Beijing, Chef Kan started his culinary journey in 1990, with 30 years of working experience in the hospitality industry. He has great passion for the culinary arts, he selects the best ingredients and is skilled to combine creative thinking to present the real essence of food. He has built his knowledge and experience with numerous famous hotels including Grand Hyatt Beijing, Park Hyatt Beijing, and Hyatt Regency Tianjin East. Prior to joining Grand Hyatt Shenyang, he was the Executive Chef for Hyatt Regency Xi’an where he achieved great success.
