近日，沈阳君悦酒店任命邓勤先生为酒店总经理，致力于引领酒店开启全新里程。作为酒店业的资深人士，邓勤先生在亚洲，包括中国大陆、中国香港、泰国以及新加坡等地拥有超过30年丰富的酒店工作及管理经验。此次履新前，邓勤先生曾担任青岛鲁商凯悦酒店总经理。
Grand Hyatt Shenyang has announced the appointment of Mr. Carl Duggan as General Manager to lead the team to new heights of success. Mr. Duggan has spent the past 30 years working in Asia with extensive experience in Mainland China, Hong Kong China, Thailand and Singapore. Prior to this appointment he was General Manager of Hyatt Regency Qingdao.
邓勤先生出生于英国，自年少时就对美食及服务业展示出极大的热忱与激情。从英国哈罗盖特学院毕业后，邓勤先生于故乡开启了他的酒店职业生涯并随后迁移至中国香港凭借其精湛的厨艺于多家国际五星级酒店担任要职。邓勤先生与凯悦结缘始于2000年并曾担任西安凯悦酒店行政总厨一职。随后2004年他被调转至北京东方君悦大酒店并于2006年加入东莞松山湖凯悦酒店，担任酒店行政总厨并参与酒店筹备开业工作。2008年邓勤先生返回至香港，参与香港沙田凯悦酒店的筹备开业工作并且担任餐饮部总监一职。2010年他加入贵阳中天凯悦酒店担任餐饮部总监，之后于2014年担任泰国盛泰澜芭提雅帕答纳海滩度假村区域总经理一职并于2017年重返凯悦前往青岛鲁商凯悦酒店担任酒店总经理一职。
Mr. Duggan was born in the United Kingdom, where he showed great enthusiasm and passion for food and hospitality from an early age. Mr. Duggan started his hospitality career in the United Kingdom where he graduated from Harrogate College following which he relocated to Hong Kong and worked with various International 5 star hotels refining his culinary skills. He began his leadership career with Hyatt in 2000 as Executive Chef for Hyatt Regency Xi’an, followed by culinary appointments with Grand Hyatt Beijing in 2004 and then to open Hyatt Regency Dongguan in 2006 as Executive Chef. In 2008, he was selected as Director of Food and Beverage to open Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin, followed by Director of Food and Beverage for the opening of Hyatt Regency Guiyang in 2010. In 2014 he was appointed as General Manager of Centara Hotels and Resorts in Thailand and then in 2017, returning to Hyatt in 2017 to lead Hyatt Regency Qingdao as General Manager.
